Taking surveys is a good way to make money online no doubt. Not very much money, but it can help. Very good article! My only issue with taking surveys is you’ll sign up with a site and you get a legit survey maybe once a month.. what’s up with that??

I’ve not really delved into the idea of trying to make a little extra money doing surveys, but it sounds like something I might try to give a shot. I’m not looking to get rich, only find a nice way to get a little extra spending cash in the time I would usually be spending not doing anything much of worth at all anyways. The only thing that really worries me is that I’ll end up wasting a lot of time trying to find surveys that will pay out a little something, but your suggestion for SurveyMastermind might help in that department, so I’ll definitely give it a shot.

I myself have been making money taking online surveys for over 2 years now and I must say that it is one of the easiest and best ways to make some extra cash each and every month. Surveys are definitely good for people to start making money with. One thing people need to keep in mind is that you won’t get rich, and the amount you earn will be dictated by the demand for surveys in your country. Here in NZ we get maybe 50cents for a ten minute survey. So don’t believe all the hype about earning hundreds of dollars a month with surveys.

I have taken surveys for money, particularly when I was more of a newbie to the internet and I can say I had fun at times but I really did not make much money.

This is something worth trying if you have time to spare and you know of no better way to use it from a financial standpoint.

Indeed, most surveys will pay you only a few bucks and they might consume half or even a full hour, so they are not always a very profitable option.

The best ones are those where you are asked to evaluate a product by getting a free trial, because you can get paid between $5 and $15 for maybe 15 minutes of your time.

The problem is that you have to be careful which free trials you get into (avoid anything with physical deliveries), and also to cancel them before the next billing date.

On the other hand, these “good ones” are not what you will find more often, so you cannot expect to make a steady income out of this, but maybe a quick buck to buy a shirt or something like that.
